Ingredients For sweet potato casserole

3large sweet potatoes or 1 (40 ounce ) can, drained

1 csugar or 1/2 cup for canned sweet potatoes

2eggs
-
1/2 c( 1 stick) butter, softened

1 tspvanilla
- CRUNCH TOPPING

1/3 cmelted butter
-
1/3 cflour
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
1 cchopped pecans
-
1 Tbspcinnamon
How To Make sweet potato casserole

1Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Remove skins when cooled or drain canned sweet potatoes well.

2Put into a large bowl and whip them until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients.

3Pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch casserole and top with the Crunch Topping.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
