Ingredients For sweet potato casserole

4 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes

1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted and divided

2 tablespoons sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup coconut
-
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
How To Make sweet potato casserole

1In large bowl, mix together potatoes, 1/3 cup butter and 2 T. sugar. Stir in eggs and milk. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.

2In a separate bowl, combine remaining butter and other ingredients. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1 hour, or until heated through and bubbly.
