This recipe is my ex-husbands' Aunt Nora's. I started making it myself a several years ago and now it is requested at Thanksgiving and Christmas, even in my new life in a new state. While I don't have a picture right now, I will be sure and post one later.

Ingredients For sweet potato casserole
- POTATOES

1 cansweet potatoes (29 oz) or 4-5 large baked sweet potatoes

1/2 cmargarine

2eggs, beaten

1/3 ccanned milk

1/2 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla
- TOPPING

1 cpacked brown sugar

1/4 cflour
-
1/3 cmargarine

1 cpecans, chopped
How To Make sweet potato casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2To make the potatoes, drain and mash the sweet potatoes.

3Add the margarine, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well and pour into a well-greased 9x12-inch glass pan.

4To make the topping, mix the brown sugar and flour together in a medium bowl. Add the softened margarine, working with your fingers until crumbly.

5Add pecans and mix until well blended. Spread evenly over the sweet potato mixture.

6Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
