This was given to me by a dear friend. I know there is several recipes already out there but this is just one more.Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Ingredients For sweet potato casserole

  • 3 c
    cooked, mashed, sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • TOPPING
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make sweet potato casserole

  • 1
    Combine Sweet potatoes,sugar,eggs,vanilla,butter, and milk with mixer until smooth. Spoon into greased 2 quart shallow casserole dish.

    TOPPING---Combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. DO NOT COVER. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
