Ingredients For spicy baked fish w/ sweet potato fries

1 lbwhite fish fillets, cut into bite-size pieces

1 lbsweet potatoes, cut into sticks

1 Tbspvegetable or canola oil

1 tspold bay seasoning

3/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspchili powder

1/3 c1% milk

1/3 cflour
-
1/3 cbread crumbs

2 tspchili powder

1/4 tsppepper

1 tsppaprika

2 Tbspmelted butter

parsley-for garnish
How To Make spicy baked fish w/ sweet potato fries

1Heat oven to 425. Line a lg baking sheet w/ foil, spray the foil w/ cooking spray. Pat potatoes w/ a paper towel to dry. Place potatoes in lg bowl. Add oil, bay seasoning, 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Toss to coat. Arrange potatoes in single layer on one side of baking sheet.

2Bake 10 mins, meanwhile, Place milk in shallow bowl. Place flour in another bowl. In another bowl, place bread crumbs, 2 tsp chili powder, paprika, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper.

3Add melted butter and stir. Dip fish in milk, coat w/ flour. Then roll in breadcrum mix. Place fish on other side of baking sheet, turn portatos over. Bake 10-15 mins, or until fish flakes easily. Garnish w/ parsley.
