sour cream

onion (chopped)

stick of butter (room temperature)

How To Make southern hashbrown casserole

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl except 1 cup of cheese. Place into 9x11 greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake on 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
