I got this off of the Yukon potato bag. So yummy. Just had to share. Of course, you could use red potatoes also. The Italian dressing and sour cream make it special.

Ingredients For sour cream potato salad

  • 7-8 yukon medium potatoes
  • 4 eggs, boiled
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

How To Make sour cream potato salad

  • 1
    Cut up potatoes while warm. Add dressing, chill. Separate eggs. Add chopped whites, veggies and seasonings. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and egg yolks. Mix with potatoes. Chill 2 hours before serving.
