Ingredients For soft clouds

  • 6 md
    potatoes,peeled,boiled and drained(i don't always peel-mix up with skins on.)
  • 2 lg
    eggs.. beaten
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    velvetta cheese
  • 1/4 c
    gratede romano cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • salt & pepper

How To Make soft clouds

  • 1
    In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients (salt & pepper to taste)
  • 2
    Whip with electric mixer until smooth. Transfer to greased 1&1/2 quart baking dish Bake 350..10 minutes.(or until heated through)
