Ingredients For soft clouds

6 mdpotatoes,peeled,boiled and drained(i don't always peel-mix up with skins on.)

2 lgeggs.. beaten

4 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cvelvetta cheese
-
1/4 cgratede romano cheese

1 Tbspparsley

1/2 tspgarlic salt

salt & pepper
How To Make soft clouds

1In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients (salt & pepper to taste)

2Whip with electric mixer until smooth. Transfer to greased 1&1/2 quart baking dish Bake 350..10 minutes.(or until heated through)
