Ingredients For smothered french fries

  • 1 lb
    frozen french fried potatoes
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    kraft classic ranch dressing
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 slice
    center cut bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2
    green onions, sliced
  • salt to taste

How To Make smothered french fries

  • 1
    Prepare french fries as directed on package.
  • 2
    In a small bowl, mix sour cream, dressing, and garlic until blended.

    Place cooked french fries on platter, salt to taste if desired. Top with sour cream mixture, cheese, bacon and onions. Serve immediately.
