Ingredients For simply roasted potatoes

3 lbpotatoes, cut in 1/2-1in. pieces

1/4 coil(i use a combination of olive oil and butter)

1 Tbspsalt(or to taste)

1 tspminced garlic(or 1/2t garlic powder)

1/2 tsppaprika

1/4 Tbspcoarse ground black pepper

2 Tbspminced fresh parsley(or 2t dried)
How To Make simply roasted potatoes

1Preheat oven to 400F. Spread the cut potatoes in a baking dish and pour oil over. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley and toss to coat. Roast for 45 min. to 1 hr. stirring gently a couple of times during cooking time, until potatoes are tender and starting to brown and crisp. Remove from oven and gently stir in the parsley.
