Makes about 2 1/2 cups or enough for 1 pound of pizza dough Go ahead and double or triple this recipe if you want to keep some flour on hand. Just transfer the blend to an airtight storage container (bpa free if plastic) Store in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator.

Ingredients For silvana's all-purpose flour blend

  • 1 1/2 c
    white rice flour, bob's red mill, prefer.
  • 3/4 c
    tapioca flour, shiloh farms as example
  • 1/4 c
    plus 2 tbsp. potato starch, bob's red mill, prefer.
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    xanthum gum, bob's red mill, prefer.

    In a large enough bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
