Ingredients For shredded potato casserole

  • 32 oz
    frozen shredded potatoes (hash browns)
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    bacon bits
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make shredded potato casserole

  • 1
    Lightly grease 9 x 13" casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2
    Mix frozen potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese until well combined. Turn into pan and top with bread crumbs and bacon bits.

    Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, until hot and top is browned.
