Ingredients For seasoned potato wedges

  • 5 lg
    yukon gold potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    each dried oregano, thyme and cumin
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make seasoned potato wedges

    Preheat oven 425 degrees. In a large bowl toss the potatoes with olive oil.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the potatoes until well coated.

    Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes until tender and browned.
