This has been a family and pot luck favorite ever since I started to make it 30 years ago. Every time I have made it for a potluck I have never brought home left overs. So if every one wasn't going with me I had to make two pots of it.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For scalloped potatoes

8-10 lbpotatoes sliced can peel but don't have to

3 lbmeat (hot dogs, ham, pork, beef, chicken...) chunked

3-1 lbpacks of shredded cheese use a variety of yellow and white

3-4 clovegarlic chopped or grated

1 lgonion shredded adds good flavor and no one knows its there

1 Tbspvegetable better than bouillon paste

1/2 galmilk i prefer whole but can use any

1 cflour

2 tspworcestershire sauce
How To Make scalloped potatoes

1I layer Potatoes then meat, potatoes then meat then place onion and garlic on top in a larger 6 quart crock pot.

2Next whisk milk flour and spices all together and pour over top of onions. Top with cheese

3Cover and put crock on high 30 - 60 min. Turn down to low and let cook 6-8 hours or until potatoes are done. Enjoy. If you can stir them a couple of time during the day.
