My mom made this recipe. It is creamy and delicious. Never watery or curdled. It is quick and easy because you do not have to make the sauce first. My kids and the other grandkids were crazy for it. I have never made another recipe and I never will!! Add ham or other meat for a one dish meal.

Ingredients For scalloped cheesy potatoes

4 cthinly sliced or diced potatoes

1 lgonion sliced or diced

3/4 cinstant non dairy powdered creamer

3 Tbspflour

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 lbprocessed cheese (velveeta or american), cubed

1/4 cbutter, sliced

1 1/2 chot water
How To Make scalloped cheesy potatoes

1Mix together dry ingredients. Layer potatoes, onions, cheese, and dry mix in a well greased casserole. Edd with dry.

2Top with slices of butter. Pour hot water over all. Do not stir.

3Cover and bake for about 30 minutes. Stir. Continue baking for another 30 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is rather browned. Let set for about 10 minutes before serving.
