Ingredients For rummy sweet potatoes

3 cmashed sweet potatoes

1 cgranulated sugar

2eggs, beaten

1/2 cmilk

1 tspvanilla

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/3 crum or 1 teaspoon rum extract

1 cbrown sugar

1 cchopped pecans

1/3 cflour
-
1/3 cbutter, melted
How To Make rummy sweet potatoes

1Mix sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter, and rum together. Spread in 13x9 baking dish that haas been lightly greased.

2Mix together the brown sugar, pecans, flour, and remaining butter. Sprinkle over the sweet potatoes and bake for 30 minutes in 400º oven. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
