5 or 6large red potatoes

1bell pepper, diced

1onion, diced

1 stickbutter

1 lbvelveeta cheese, cut up

1 canrotel tomatoes
How To Make rotel potatoes

1Cut potatoes into chunks, cook until tender, drain. place in a casserole dish and cover with sauce.

2Sauce; saute diced bell pepper and diced onion in butter. Add cheese and rotel tomatoes, stir until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 until bubbly.
