There are a few potato recipes my hubby asks for often, this is one of them. Hope you enjoy!

How To Make rosemary potatoes

1Chop up red potatoes, with skin on, so even sizes. Put into a large bowl, big enough to stir...Add olive oil, stir to cover. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt and fresh or dried rosemary (depending on the season).

2Put in single layer on cookie sheet with sides, or 9x13. Bake until fork tender. You want the inside bits of the potatoes slightly browned/crunchy. I say maybe an hour, but check after 30 min. This time depends on the size of the potatoes, and how many you cook.

3Note: I suggest a 350 degree oven, and again, check after 30 min.
