2 lbfingerling medley potatoes, sliced length wise

1(16-oz) pkg mushrooms, fresh sliced or whole

3green onions, snipped

1 tsprosemary garlic seasoning

1 tspkosher salt, coarse

1/4 tsppepper
-
2 Tbspwhite truffle oil
How To Make rosemary garlic fingerling potatoes

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Slice potatoes length wise, rinse. Place in a mixing bowl or ziploc bag, sprinkle with seasonings. Drizzle with oil and toss to combine.

3Place potatoes in baking dish, cover and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
