Found this in the Betty Crocker Cookbook and thought I would try it and my Husband said they were AMAZING and had to share this recipe. It is so easy to make.

Ingredients For robin's parmesan potato wedges

  • 6
    medium baking potatoes
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1
    clove garlic, minced

How To Make robin's parmesan potato wedges

    Preheat oven to 425. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, set aside.

    Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges.

    In a large bowl stir together butter, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt pepper and garlic. Add potato wedges and stir to coat evenly.

    Place the wedges on the prepared baking pan. Bake uncovered, about 30 minutes or until tender.
