Ingredients For roasted red skinn potatoes

  • 12 sm
    red potatoes cut into large pieces
  • 1 Tbsp
    ev olive oil or vegatable oil or melted butter
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg
    goya sazon
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian salad dressing i used dressing spay

How To Make roasted red skinn potatoes

  • 1
    preheat oven to 400 cut potatoes and place in a big bowl or a large zip lock bag add the rest of the ingredients and mix or shake untill well coated
  • 2
    spead in a single layer in a baking sheet pan or pyrex dish cook coverd for about 25-30 mins then romove foil stir or flip potatoes over and cook for another 15 min untill brown i like to finish this dish under the broiler. enjoy
