These potatos can be served with any meal.I mainly serve them along with my Salmon w/ Dill Sauce. Goes together perfect. Look for my recipe for Salmon w/ dill sauce :)(picture shows Potatos with Salmon w/ dill sauce)

Ingredients For roasted red potatos

  • 10
    red potatos
  • 8 clove
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried rosmary
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    oil

How To Make roasted red potatos

    Heat oven to 450 degrees
  • 2
    Place Red Potatos and Garlic Cloves in sheet pan. Coat Potatos with oil.

    Sprinkle Rosmary, salt and pepper and toss to evenly coat potatos and Garlic with spices.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes.
