These are good. I got the recipe out of a Kraft food and family mag.

Ingredients For roasted red potatoes with bacon and cheese

1/2light ranch dressing

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

4strips of bacon, crumbled

2lbs. of small red potatoes

1 Tbspparsley, fresh and chopped
How To Make roasted red potatoes with bacon and cheese

1Heat oven to 350. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes, toss lightly.

2Spoon into lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish; cover.

3Bake 55 min. or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 min. Sprinkle with parsley. (you can sub rosemary for the parsley)
