Ingredients For roasted red potatoes with bacon and cheese

  • 1/2
    light ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4
    strips of bacon, crumbled
  • 2
    lbs. of small red potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, fresh and chopped

How To Make roasted red potatoes with bacon and cheese

    Heat oven to 350. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes, toss lightly.

    Spoon into lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish; cover.

    Bake 55 min. or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 min. Sprinkle with parsley. (you can sub rosemary for the parsley)
