How To Make roasted red potatoes

1Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until potatoes are thoroughly coated.

2Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring after 30 minutes.
