my Son's love these potatoes i stated making them three years ago; When i could not come up with a new side dish idea. now its a Family staple we have at least four times a month and they are easy to make.the balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes' give it that extra kick that we love

How To Make roasted red poatatoes

1wash and Quarter the potatoes crush garlic and rosemary in a large gallon size ziplock bag add potatoes garlic,rosemary

2olive oil,balsamic vinagar,pepper flakes,salt,and pepper. seal bag toss around for a few minutes set aside

3preheat oven to 450' degress in a large roasting pan,add content of bag and spred out'do not cover' roast for 20 to 25 minutes stirring ocasionally so that all sides crisp.

4poke with fork to check for done's serve immediately go's well with baked chicken, and fried pork chops
