  • 2 lb
    red potatoes cut into wedges
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make roasted potatoes

    Cut up potatoes and coat in olive oil.

    Spread on a parchment paper lined sheet pan.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Roast in a 450 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden.
