Ingredients For roasted potatoes w/ oregano, lemon & chives

    potatoes, cut in halves
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 lg
    lemon, fresh squeezed
  • 1 sprig
    chives, fresh and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make roasted potatoes w/ oregano, lemon & chives

    wash and cut potato into 4 wedges, each
  • 2
    in a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chives and toss potatoes in a coat well.

    on a cookie spread them out, bake at 350 degrees about 40-45 mins...or until tender and browned.

    garnish with chopped fresh chives.
