Took my roasted carrot recipe to a new level. By combining with my potato and brussel sprouts makes a great starch veggie side dish for your holiday ham or turkey, or for vegeterians a great one dish casserole.

How To Make roasted maple glazed potato/carrot/brussel sprouts

1Preheat oven 375 Cut brussel sprouts in half, small potatos cut in half, and carrots about inch or can use small baby carrots. Rinse and place all in mixing bowl. combine melted butter and maple syrup and toss around with salt and pepper.

2Place on sheet pan and bake til tender, approx 35 min
