1/4 colive oil

0.7 ozenvelope italian drssing mix (good seasons)

1 lgshallot, peeled and sliced

2 lbred or white potatoes (about 5 potatoes)

salt and pepper
How To Make roasted italian potatoes

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2Mix oil and dressing mix in a large bowl until blended.

3Do not peel potatoes. Cut them in half and then quarter each half.

4Toss potatoes and shallot slices in the dressing mix until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.

5Place in a baking dish, in a single layer. Bake 40 minutes, or until done.
