1/2 lbbutter cream fingerling potatoes

1/2 lbfrench red fingerling potatoes

3 Tbspoil (he noted walnut oil), i used olive oil

2 Tbspdried rosemary

1Oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes, cut into 1-1 1/2 inch pieces. Put all in large bowl, toss to coat. Bake single layer on cookie sheet, 45 min to 1 hour or until fork tender.
