We used 6-7 rather large sized red potatoes instead of fingerlings Nov 21, 2018 when I made my meatloaf!

Ingredients For roasted fingerling potatoes, poppa

  • 1/2 lb
    russian fingerling potatoes
  • 1/2 lb
    butter cream fingerling potatoes
  • 1/2 lb
    french red fingerling potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    oil (he noted walnut oil), i used olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried rosemary
  • i added garlic powder

How To Make roasted fingerling potatoes, poppa

  • 1
    Oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes, cut into 1-1 1/2 inch pieces. Put all in large bowl, toss to coat. Bake single layer on cookie sheet, 45 min to 1 hour or until fork tender.
