red wine roasted fingerling potatoes
It sounds like a lot of oil but it's not. The wine mostly evaporates and soaks into the potatoes gives them great flavor. The outsides end up crispy.

1/2 colive oil

1/2 cdry red wine

sea salt

How To Make red wine roasted fingerling potatoes

1Preheat oven 375 degrees. Wash the potatoes and put slits in them. Add the potatoes to a baking pan.

2Pour the olive oil and red wine over the potatoes. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and ground coriander.

3Bake for 1 hour turning the potatoes every 15 minutes.
