Ingredients For red potato salad

  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed
  • 2 lb
    red potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
  • 3/4 c
    thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/3 c
    radish slices
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced celery
  • 3
    hard-cooked eggs, chopped

How To Make red potato salad

    In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise,vinegar, salt and celery seed; set aside. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, green onions, radishes, celery and dressing and toss lightly. Cover and chill. Makes 8 servings.
