Ingredients For ranch potatoes

  • 4 lg
    baking potatoes
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 5
    green onions-chopped-green and white parts
  • 1 c
    shredded,cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    cooked bacon; chopped
  • 1/2 c
    milk, scalded
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dresssing mix

How To Make ranch potatoes

    Wash and pierce potatoes in several places with a fork.Microwave on high 10 minutes until tender. Set aside to cool slightly.

    Preheat oven to 350F ,grease an 11x7 in. baking pan.

    In lg. bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; stir in gr.onions,half of cheese and bacon.

    Scoop pulp out of potatoes and add to cheese mixture,mix well. Stir in milk and ranch dressing

    Spread in pan.Bake,uncover for 30 minutes.remove from oven sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake 5 min. more
