ranch dill potatoes

I was trying to use up some potatoes and tired of baked potatoes. I decided to try some spices I had on hand and the end result was delicious! *Note* Reheated leftovers in a skillet and they fried toasty and were even better the next day!

Ingredients For ranch dill potatoes

10potatoes

1onions, vidalia, peeled

1onions, yellow, medium

1 colive oil
-
1 tspdill weed
-
1 pkgranch dip powder
-
1/3 cparmesan cheese, grated

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make ranch dill potatoes

1Scrub Potatoes and clean onions.

2Slice potatoes in 1/2 inch slices.

3Slice onions in half then slice in 1/2 inch slices.

4Mix 1 Ranch Dip envelope, oil and dill weed in a bowl. Make sure it is mixed well.

5Place sliced potatoes and onions in a 1 gallon ziplock bag and pour oil mixture in the bag. Seal and shake to thoroughly coat the potatoes and onions.

6Place in baking pan and cover with Parmesan Cheese

7Bake until potatoes are soft and golden brown. This is about 1 hour at 350 degrees.

8Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
