ranch dill potatoes

I was trying to use up some potatoes and tired of baked potatoes. I decided to try some spices I had on hand and the end result was delicious! *Note* Reheated leftovers in a skillet and they fried toasty and were even better the next day!

Ingredients For ranch dill potatoes

  • 10
    potatoes
  • 1
    onions, vidalia, peeled
  • 1
    onions, yellow, medium
  • 1 c
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dip powder
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make ranch dill potatoes

  • Washed Potatoes

    Scrub Potatoes and clean onions.

    Slice potatoes in 1/2 inch slices.
  • 3
    Slice onions in half then slice in 1/2 inch slices.

    Mix 1 Ranch Dip envelope, oil and dill weed in a bowl. Make sure it is mixed well.

    Place sliced potatoes and onions in a 1 gallon ziplock bag and pour oil mixture in the bag. Seal and shake to thoroughly coat the potatoes and onions.

    Place in baking pan and cover with Parmesan Cheese

    Bake until potatoes are soft and golden brown. This is about 1 hour at 350 degrees.

    Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
