Ingredients For potluck potatoes

2 pkgfrozen hash brown potatoes ( i like the ones with green pepper and onion)

1 lgcan cream of chicken soup

1 mdsize tub of sour cream

1 stickbutter melted

2 Tbspminced onions

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 cansoup can full of milk
How To Make potluck potatoes

1PUT FROZEN HASH BROWNS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL, ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.

2THE MIX WILL SEEM SOMEWHAT DRY, BUT WILL BAKE UP JUST FINE..

3COVER DISH WITH FOIL, AND BAKE IN 325* OVEN FOR 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES...CHECK AT 1 HOUR, REMOVE FOIL FOR LAST 45 MINUTES OF COOKING TIME...

4YOU CAN PLACE THIS CASSEROLE IN THE FRIGERATOR, UNTIL READY TO BAKE... THEN IT WILL BE HOT..TO HEAD OUT THE DOOR WITH...
