Ingredients For potatoes romanoff

  • 1/2 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1 pkg
    frozen cubed hash brown potatoes (32 oz)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped small
  • 1 lb
    bacon, diced and crisped

How To Make potatoes romanoff

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in the oven for about ten minutes.

    Add potatoes, salt, and pepper to melted butter. Mix well.

    Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

    In a mixing bowl, mix sour cream, cheese, green onions, and bacon (if using).

    Mix the sour cream mixture with the potatoes.

    Return to the oven uncovered for an additional 30-45 minutes.
