I remember a mustard phase in cooking either around my high school or early college years (don't ask when that was, I'm keeping quiet). This was one we made as a side dish.

Ingredients For potatoes poupon

  • 5 Tbsp
    grey poupon dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 6 md
    red skinned potatoes, chunked

How To Make potatoes poupon

  • 1
    Mix all but potatoes. Place potatoes in lightly greased 9x13, toss with mustard mixture. Bake at 425 degrees 35-40 min or until fork tender, stirring occasionally.
