2-3 clovegarlic, chopped (i use 3)

2 boxchopped spinach, defrosted (10 oz box?)

1/4 colive oil, (start with 1/8 n use rest during)

1/2 tspblack pepper

1PUT CUT POTATOES IN MICROWAVABLE DISH N COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP N NUKE FOR 5 MIN. SET ASIDE.

2IN A LARGE PAN SAUTE GARLIC IN HALF OF THE OLIVE OIL THEN ADD POTATOES. (ADD MORE OIL AS NEEDD) MIX IN SALT N PEPPER N COOK FOR 5 MIN. AT THIS POINT ADD IN SPINACH N COOK ON MED HEAT.

3USING A SPATULA FLIP SPINACH N POTATOES SO IT CAN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES (AGAIN ADD MORE OLIVE OIL TO PREVENT STICKING N INCOURAGE BROWNN)....THEN ENJOY :)
