I started making these to use up some potatoes now my husband wants them all the time.

Ingredients For potato wedges

2medium to large potatotoes

1 stickbutter melted
-
1/4 csoy sauce

1/2 canpanko bread crumbs

2 Tbspsesame seeds
How To Make potato wedges

1Slice potatoes into 1/2 inch wedges leaving the skin on. Mix the melted butter with the soy sauce. Dip potatoes in butter mixture. Set on cookie sheet peel side down. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the wedges and lastly sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pout any extra butter mixture over potatoes

2Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
