I started making these to use up some potatoes now my husband wants them all the time.

Ingredients For potato wedges

  • 2
    medium to large potatotoes
  • 1 stick
    butter melted
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 can
    panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds

How To Make potato wedges

  • 1
    Slice potatoes into 1/2 inch wedges leaving the skin on. Mix the melted butter with the soy sauce. Dip potatoes in butter mixture. Set on cookie sheet peel side down. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the wedges and lastly sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pout any extra butter mixture over potatoes
