3 lgpotatoes, cut in wedges

1 Tbspaccent

1 Tbspcreole seasoning

2 cflour

4 cvegetable oil

water for potatoes
How To Make potato wedges

1Wash potatoes off, cut in wedges and do not peel. Put in water.

2Season flour with accent, salt and creole seasoning.

3Shake water off of potatoes and put potatoes in the flour.

4Shake excess flour off of the potatoes and put in hot oil. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
