My children love these. Especially when I add melted cheese, chili and sour cream.

Ingredients For potato wedges

  • 3 lg
    potatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1 Tbsp
    accent
  • 1 Tbsp
    creole seasoning
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 4 c
    vegetable oil
  • water for potatoes

How To Make potato wedges

  • 1
    Wash potatoes off, cut in wedges and do not peel. Put in water.
  • 2
    Season flour with accent, salt and creole seasoning.

    Shake water off of potatoes and put potatoes in the flour.
  • 4
    Shake excess flour off of the potatoes and put in hot oil. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
