Ingredients For potato salad

10russet potatoes

1 smjar of sweet pickles
-
12hard boiled eggs
-
1red onion
-
1 jarmayonnaise
-
mustard
-
salt and pepper
How To Make potato salad

1Boil potatoes for 35 minutes or until you can easily stick a fork into them.

2Drain and let cool.

3While cooling, dice up your onion.
-
4Peel the potatoes and cut into about 1/2 inch pieces. Put in large bowl.

5Cut eggs up and mix with potatoes.
-
6Cut pickles into small pieces and mix with potatoes.

7Add onion and almost full jar of mayo, mix well.

8Add mustard to taste. Then salt and pepper.

9Refrigerate until ready to eat.
