Ingredients For potato salad

  • 10
    russet potatoes
  • 1 sm
    jar of sweet pickles
  • 12
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1
    red onion
  • 1 jar
    mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • salt and pepper

How To Make potato salad

    Boil potatoes for 35 minutes or until you can easily stick a fork into them.

    Drain and let cool.

    While cooling, dice up your onion.
  • 4
    Peel the potatoes and cut into about 1/2 inch pieces. Put in large bowl.

    Cut eggs up and mix with potatoes.
  • 6
    Cut pickles into small pieces and mix with potatoes.

    Add onion and almost full jar of mayo, mix well.

    Add mustard to taste. Then salt and pepper.

    Refrigerate until ready to eat.
