Ingredients For potato salad

8potatoes, peeled and cut up

1/4 cred onions

1carrot grated
-
1 mdred pepper cut in small peices (can also use red pepper in jar)

dashof garlic salt with grinder from trader joes (sea salt, roasted garlic, onion and parsley)

dashcelery seed
-
dashpepper
-
1/4 cmayonnaise
-
1/4 cunsweetened yogurt
How To Make potato salad

1Cook potatoes until just tender and then add onions, last 5 minutes. Drain and add to large bowl.

2Add carrot, red pepper, celery seed, celery salt, pepper, garlic salt with grinder. Mix together. Add mayonnaise, yogurt and mix together. Store in refrigerator overnight for best flavors. Serve and eat.
