Ingredients For potato salad

  • 8
    potatoes, peeled and cut up
  • 1/4 c
    red onions
  • 1
    carrot grated
  • 1 md
    red pepper cut in small peices (can also use red pepper in jar)
  • dash
    of garlic salt with grinder from trader joes (sea salt, roasted garlic, onion and parsley)
  • dash
    celery seed
  • dash
    pepper
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened yogurt

How To Make potato salad

    Cook potatoes until just tender and then add onions, last 5 minutes. Drain and add to large bowl.

    Add carrot, red pepper, celery seed, celery salt, pepper, garlic salt with grinder. Mix together. Add mayonnaise, yogurt and mix together. Store in refrigerator overnight for best flavors. Serve and eat.
