This is the potato salad for the person who doesn't like a lot of egg in their salad. I love it and I like eggs but hubby doesn't.

Ingredients For potato salad

1 lbpotatoes peeled and diced

2hard boiled eggs peeled and diced fine

2 stalkcelery diced fine

1/4 conion diced fine

1 cmayonnaise

1/2 csalad dressing (miricle whip)

1 tspall spice such as mrs. dash

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make potato salad

1Cook potatoes until done or almost done. Do not overcook. Let cool 15 minutes. Boil eggs 10 min. let cool in fridge while mixing other ingredients. Then peel and dice.

2Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add diced eggs, tossing gently. In another bowl mix all other ingredients. Then fold into potatoes.

3Chill 30 minutes then serve.
