This is an extremely simple recipe and only has 5 ingredients!!!! It makes a great side item for any main dish...pork, chicken or beef. ENJOY!!!

Ingredients For potato puff casserole

  • 32 oz pkg
    frozen potato puffs
  • 2 10oz can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    onion

How To Make potato puff casserole

    Gently combine ingredients. I put them in a large pot over low heat to melt the butter and completely coat the potato puffs.

    Spread into 3 quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
