I make these for breakfast, appetizers, or sides. They go great with ketchup. They are kind of like hash browns, but mixed with a french fry kick.

Ingredients For potato pancakes

2 lgpotatoes peeled

1 clovegarlic
-
1/4onion
-
1 dashseason all

1 dashnatures seasoning

1 cflour

1 dashseason all and natures season to flour.
How To Make potato pancakes

1In a large bowl using large side of cheese grader, grade up potatoes.

2Also grade up onion using small side of cheese grader.

3Grade garlic on small side of cheese grader.

4Toss all ingredients in large bowl.

5In a seperate bowl add flour plus seasonings.

6Get potato mix in balls flatten them out and roll in flour.

7In a Nonstick pan heat oil. Just enough to slightly cover the potato pancakes you do not want too much oil. Cook until light brown or crunchy.
