Ingredients For potato omlet

  • 1 kg
    potatoes
  • 1
    medium size onion
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    barsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil or other veg oil

How To Make potato omlet

  • 1
    peel the pototes and cut into small cubes . chop the onion and the parsley . in a bowl , mix the egg well , add the chopped parsley ,salt and pepper to it.

    In a suitable pan fry the onion in the oil for a minute , then add the potatoes and cook for another 3 minutes . add 2 cups of water , cover and let it , on a low heat for about 8 minutes or until the potatoes is done .

    pour the egg mixure over the potaoes ,so it's all covered .

    cover again and let it for 2 minutes or until the egg is done.
