This is a very unique side dish with the multiple types of potatoes. It took forever to bake last time I made it, so I wrote myself a note to boil them first! Obviously not to mashing texture, but so they take less time to bake into this great potato lasagna.

Ingredients For potato lasagna

2 mdsweet potatoes, sliced thin

6 mdpotatoes, sliced thin

8red potatoe (not the small ones), sliced thin

oil

garlic

salt and pepper

1 bagshredded cheddar

1 bagshredded mozzarella

1 canchicken broth

parsley
How To Make potato lasagna

1Oil in 9x13. Layer of each kind of potatoes. Sprinkle with seasonings. more oil, then repeat layers. put cheese between all separate layers. Pour in chicken broth. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until fork tender. Stand 10 min before cutting.

2NOTE: next time I would boil the potatoes first.
