Ingredients For potato casserole make-over

  • 1
    bag frozen hash browns
  • 2 c
    fat free sour cream
  • 1 clove
    low sodium fat free mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    2% milk
  • 8 oz
    low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    green onions
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 3/4 c
    crushed corn flakes
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsalted, melted butter

How To Make potato casserole make-over

  • 1
    Preheated oven to 400 F.
  • 2
    Stir together hash browns , sour cream, mushroom soup, milk, cheese, onions and salt and pepper.

    Pour mixture into 9x13 lightly sprayed casserole dish.

    Top with crushed corn flakes.

    Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30 minutes.
