I love this recipe and made it often! Sometimes I will top it with sliced scallions or chives.

Ingredients For potato casserole

5 lbbaking potatoes, peeled and cubed

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1/2 cbutter, softened
-
1 cmilk
-
1 tspseasoned salt

1/2 conion, chopped fine

1/4 tsppepper

paprika
How To Make potato casserole

1Cook potatoes in boiling water, until tender; drain and mash.

2Stir in cream cheese and butter until blended; stir in milk, seasoned salt, onions and pepper. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish; sprinkle evenly with paprika.

3Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
