Ingredients For potato casserole

  • 5 lb
    baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • paprika

How To Make potato casserole

  • 1
    Cook potatoes in boiling water, until tender; drain and mash.

    Stir in cream cheese and butter until blended; stir in milk, seasoned salt, onions and pepper. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish; sprinkle evenly with paprika.

    Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
