Ingredients For potato casserole

    large potatoes peeled, diced and cooked
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 2 bunch
    green onion
  • 2 jar
    old english cheese (kraft)
  • 1 stick
    unsalted butter

How To Make potato casserole

    Melt cheese and butter together.
  • 2
    Take off heat and add sour cream.
  • 3
    Place a layer of potatoes in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place onions on top.

    Pour sour cream mixture over the top. If you use a smaller casserole dish you may have two layers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let sit for about 15 minutes before serving.
