8large potatoes peeled, diced and cooked

1 ptsour cream

2 bunchgreen onion

2 jarold english cheese (kraft)

1 stickunsalted butter
How To Make potato casserole

1Melt cheese and butter together.

2Take off heat and add sour cream.

3Place a layer of potatoes in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place onions on top.

4Pour sour cream mixture over the top. If you use a smaller casserole dish you may have two layers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let sit for about 15 minutes before serving.
